If the film strength is too poor, the tension of the film during the printing process is difficult to control, which will have a great impact on die cutting and waste discharge.
(4) The sticker label should be flat, and the rewinding tension should be uniform. Good flatness, printing in order to correct conveying, running, registration and winding. The rewinding tension of the film should be uniform and appropriate, such as the tension is too small, the film substrate is relaxed, and the vertical and horizontal overprinting is not allowed; If the tension is too large, the substrate shrinks horizontally, the color is unstable, and it is difficult to print normally.
(5) The film self-adhesive label also has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, non-fading, and small shrinkage and expansion ratio. If the corrosion resistance is poor, easy to age, fade, the label made is not durable, but also affect the sale and use of goods. If the shrinkage and expansion ratio is large, it will not only affect the overprinting accuracy during printing, but also cause the label to deform during use, affecting the sale and use of goods. In particular, the labels of high-end goods should try to avoid the embarrassing situation that the goods have not expired, and the labels have been aging (label aging includes plastic aging and ink fading and other reasons). If necessary, aging resistance tests should be carried out on plastics or labels to test their performance.
